"In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him.  Come let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our maker, for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care." (NIV)

The depths--(the valleys) and the heights--(the mountains), what better place to see them than in Yosemite National Park.  God's creative beauty is at its finest in this area, and fortunately, both can be seen from this vantage point.  We had a very special visit here in 2013, 49 years after our first visit.

When I first saw this view and every time I look at this picture of it, my thoughts go to the Creator, Jesus, who did all this and so much more.  His creation, indeed, calls me to Him, invites me to praise and worship Him and acknowledge Him as my Lord and Savior.  Lord Jesus, I honor, praise, and worship you with  all of my being.  Thank you for being my best friend.

Let Us Bow Down in Worship
