Psalm 4:8

Every winter thousand of Sandhill Cranes stay in the area around Willcox, Arizona, living in groups of many thousands around and near bodies of water like this pond.  When we visited this site, we were told that as many as possible of the birds crowd into the water at night for protection against the local predators, mainly coyotes.  Of course they also use the water for drinking and keeping clean.  They have found a source of protection during the time of day when they are most vulnerable.

It seems to me that we are offered the same thing by God.  We spend our time near Him for the various daily benefits, but when danger arises, we immerse ourselves in Him for His protection.  As Psalm 4:8 says, " alone, O Lord, will keep me safe."  That verse speaks of our time on earth, but He also offers us, and I have accepted  it, eternal safety and joy at His side throughout eternity.  Be sure you have this promise for eternity.  Join me at His side.  To ask about this eternal security, talk to a pastor or call Trinity Broadcasting Network (714-731-1000), Kenneth Copeland Ministries (817-852-6000), or the Christian Broadcasting Network (800-700-7000)  See you there!

Safety Is Provided

"In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O Lord, will keep me safe."  (NLT)
